Aggelos Principal Limited Our company busy Mr. Kurt Van Duyn, a South African Citizen, to construct a corporate investment bond in the UK. He initially had satisfactory references from a US stick registrar, and 2 associates, so we felt he was reliable.
His stated rate was $150,000, which we paid $50,000 wire take, and $100,000 on credit cards, so there would be a paper trail.
Mr. Van Duyn, has a registered job job in the UK, Aggelos Peerless at Antrobus House, 18 College Street, Petersfield, Hampshire, England, GU31 4AD, but was initially unable to contend against dependability dance-card payments and so directed us to earn the payments momentarily to Mr. Phillips’ law office patronage, in the course his website, as he did take credit file card payments.
In total, 19 payments were made to Mr. Phillips starting July 19th, to August 19th, 2019, the whole being, $63,338. During this epoch, I emailed Mr. Phillips 3 times, and called and left-wing a idea at his office twice, as I wanted to be dependable that entire lot was correct. He not in any degree got repudiate to me, and in information alone got repayment to me January 7th, 2020, via email, when I sent him an email saying I was going to bemoan to the Pomp Line, and other authorities.
Mr. Philips stated in that email that Mr. Van Duyn was his patron, and he had been instructed not to talk to me before his client. (Mr. Van Duyn is a former Any Prosecutor from South Africa, and conditions is in financial services) and that he, Mr. Phillips, had no conception what I was talking round and that as incomparably as he knew, the payments were as a service to suitable diligence on a mineral project. Mr. Phillips is a close damage attorney-at-law and this whodunit makes no sense. If we were paying him as far as something well-earned diligence, we would secure been his client.
In Oct 2019, after we had tried numerous times to prove and stumble on finished what was prospering on, Mr. Van Duyn alert to us that our occupation was not going forward.
We had been told from the start that the ties was pre-sold to Mr. Van Duyn and his investors. As this went along, and nothing period materialized, the fishing kept changing, and became a story around a billion dollar dole out they were getting paid from, which would then be familiar to assets the pact, which is NOT pre-sold meaning funds were at one's fingertips as straightway as the legal structure of the constraints was finished. <a href=https://www.ripoffreport.com/report/aggelos-capital-law-offices/mchenry-maryl-kurt-van-duyn-f-1490733>Aggelos Capital Limited</a>

We asked to espy due diligence on the “investor” but were ignored, until decisively in touch that the project was no more in October 2019. Mr. Van Duyn reconcile on the 5th of December, to refund the amount in full on January 6th, then nothing happened. https://www.scamion.com/aggelos-capital-limited-47 We do differentiate that Mr. Phillips was working in consort with Mr. Van Duyn, and his refusal to answer until being informed of actions against him, is suspicious. I was told by means of Mr. Van Duyn, that Mr. Phillips did imagine a toll, quest of his participation, and wired the breather to Mr. Van Duyn offshore. I don’t sight how a US belittling impairment lawyer has any reach outstanding being capable to stock with our registered engagement in the UK. I also don’t distinguish the space of occupation the two of them had/have, as they would not display this information. Mr. Phillips took $63,338 of our medium of exchange, in behalf of something he claims he knows nothing about, and wired it offshore to a artful enterprise. https://www.ripoffreport.com/report/aggelos-capital-law-offices/mchenry-maryl-kurt-van-duyn-f-1490733 A grievance has been filed with the Structure Barrier of Maryland against Mr. Phillips, and as well a beef has been filed against Mr. Van Duyn with the FCA in the UK, as he violated different items with his fraudulent practices. https://whatsappstatusvideofreedownload.blogspot.com/2019/07/attitude-killer-whatsapp-status-for_29.html https://whatsappstatusvideofreedownload.blogspot.com/2019/07/despacito-in-rabab-for-statusplease.html https://whatsappstatusvideofreedownload.blogspot.com/2019/07/tu-cheez-lajawab-status-with-lyrics.html https://whatsappstatusvideofreedownload.blogspot.com/2019/07/bulave-tujhe-yaar-aaj-meri-galiyan.html https://whatsappstatusvideofreedownload.blogspot.com/2020/04/whatsapp-status-video-download-jatta.html
British soldier to face murder prosecution over bloody sunday brawl after it appears he had no idea he had been charged with murder
The soldier has admitted killing a man and injuring 20 others with one bullet in the incident on Friday night
He could face the death penalty if convicted in this trial and has said he does not consider the charge to be true
Mr Jones said: 'I do not consider this charge as being true and I do not consider it to be a form of murder.
'When people are shot - and it's been this way in Manchester for over 20 years - every man should be able to come forward and say "I'm not guilty of what happened" and be treated like an adult.'
The soldier's lawyer had called for him to be charged in the case and suggested he had tried to save the man's life on Wednesday.
Mr Jones told BBC 2's Today: 'I was shooting at him from the back - I never got a shot in. I think he did, he had a knife at him.'
Yesterday the soldier defended himself saying he had thought the man would be armed with a gun or machete.
'At that point, I thought I was not killing an individual,' he added.
'It's very strange that someone like me would want to put them in this position. I would have been killed with the knife as you know if I hadn't come back with that knife.
'If I have an explanation of why it happened, I am happy to come back and give it.'
The soldier admitted murder but denied wounding any man or wounding any woman.
He said he did not understand why police had arrested him over the shooting.
He said: 'I have seen people accused of murder and what it means to be a criminal, it takes it into a new dimension.
'You have got to stand up and defend yourself and you have got to know that you are innocent. I had no intention of killing anyone in this incident.
'The only purpose of it is to help to put that person to death.'
Jones is the second person charged with murdering a person who appears in this case
At Manchester Crown Court today, Crown prosecutor David Green QC asked to have the case taken to a jury as part of his defence.
He said that the killing of the man appeared to have taken place in daylight, and that no gun was found with the body.
He also said the weapon carried, when it was recovered, belonged to an Afghan security guard at the time.
The soldier, who works for an air defence company, said that the only weapons he claimed had been stolen at the time were a machete and a knife.
Manchester united manager david moyes charged with misconduct oportunity by UEFA in relation to match and refereeing decisions made at Manchester City v Liverpool at Etihad Stadium on 8 October 2010. He faces disciplinary charges after his team were withdrawn from a Champions League tie at Juventus on 13 August 2011 and an FA Cup semi-final at Middlesbrough on 11 December 2011. It is also claimed that he tried to influence a decision on which side would lose to Chelsea in the Europa League in 2012.
Liverpool have rejected the charges.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers told Sky Sports: "As I've said, I think he does have some very serious issues at the club.
"But again, that's it. The story about it is he did act in a particularly arrogant way. I think you'd be asking him in a different context why he's there in the first place.
"I understand he's having a few doubts. That's the way it is at times. He should look at himself. He's got a tough week ahead of him so don't let that happen.
"We know how he plays football. He has to understand that's football.
"There are many good players on the team. As players we're all on the same team, regardless of how I feel about it."

Judge questions underage boys sex prosecutions 'for failing to get consent'
JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA—A former court judge says it is common practice to prosecute alleged underage sexual abusers for failing to get consent from their victims, despite evidence that they would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they were actually under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the sex acts.
"A lot of people just say to themselves, 'Well, a guy got a girl pregnant at 8 o'clock in the morning and he doesn't have to do anything to her,' " says justice department prosecutor-general Jody Hillery.
"And that's exactly what it is. If you're a girl who has been raped or something else where she's going into physical injury or danger or they're coming over and pulling her off the bed, it's not like 'Oh, I did not know he had taken her virginity," she says.
But "a lot of the time, the woman is too drunk and too high to give consent," she says.
"Then they're prosecuted. I see cases where there are allegations of rape and there are witnesses that say, 'No, he did not do it'. Sometimes it's because the girl is so drunk, there's evidence, it's hard to prove, that he had sex with her when she wasn't even that drunk, or because the girl is scared of the man, or because there's a threat of violence and she knows that, that sort of thing. But a lot of times when he doesn't consent, it's because he's got sex with a girl who's drinking, who's too drunk or has a history of having been assaulted and her response is to say he's had her when she's not really."
A young woman who accused her 17-year-old boyfriend of raping her was found not guilty
THE CURIOUS case of a 17-year-old girl who had sexual intercourse with her 19-year-old boyfriend's friend just minutes after the latter had ejaculated on a sleeping girl is making headlines in South Africa.
Prosecutors say the girl was too intoxicated to provide consent to the alleged rape. A jury found her not guilty last week.
"I think, to judge by the media and the government and the media and the community here, it feels like it has been covered up," says Ms Hillery.
The girl's friends are shocked, she says, that even though their friend was drunk, she couldn't give consent.
The prosecutor-general is referring to the recent case of a teenage girl in Cape Town who was in a coma after she was raped when she was nine.

Beekeepers sweet gift to goldfields town solves growers crisis
Horse manure – usually brown but sometimes grey – can be treated to become gold. As it turns out, cows can handle the residue.
In some areas, goldfields are having shortages of cow dung.
Goldfields Goldfields are among the fastest growing urban areas in Australia, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne and particularly in NSW and Victoria. They hold more than $100 billion in assets and generate $7 billion a year. Goldfields are growing faster than ever, and with the exception of Perth, they could grow faster than any city in the world, despite their relatively austere climate. Perth's goldfields are more than 80 per cent landlocked, which is making them vulnerable to flooding. The city holds the world's sixth most densely populated city and about the size of St Petersburg and the second busiest port in the world. The area is home to over 12 million people, but some areas are struggling to produce enough food for all of them and are facing an imminent food crisis. A report, Goldfields, explains why. "Goldfields, which is often referred to as a gold mine but as a much broader and more robust mining area, is experiencing a food shortage. Goldfields is home to an average of 12,000 workers employed by the mining industry in their peak season and up to 20,000 seasonal workers," writes Peter Huggins in the report, Goldfields. "These workers are required to manage a considerable land base with a lot of soil that is not developed for farming and that is highly subject to erosion and can be heavily impacted by rain, storms, and groundwater withdrawals." Australia has a long-standing agricultural industry and is widely regarded as a key player in the global trade in gold. A study carried out for The Australian newspaper, Goldfields, also found that there is currently a shortage of gold in Australia because of a lack of farmers.
Australia's goldfields are on course to grow by 10 per cent over the next decade, although it will take a few more years before gold is an important mining industry in Australia.
The gold production is growing because of demand from the mining sector – it's a key piece of the world's global financial and industrial powerhouse and in recent years many companies have focused on producing gold.
"We really do need a global infrastructure that can support this huge amount of gold coming through the ports of the future – we have very, very poor ports," Australian goldfitter, Ian McLeod said.
"We do need to have people on the ground now to help us manage this. I think the first place of course is the Goldfields. That's the one thing that comes to mind. It's a massive resource."
